- Teaching and administrative experience of 51 years at different public and private universities.
- The number of phD students supervised and the number of phD and MPhil thesis examined together will be around 50(fifty).
- During the entire career in teaching emphasized upon quality teaching, research and publication.
- Maintaining cordial relations with students and colleagues has been given the prime emphasis.
- Authored several research articles, books and papers that deal with Management issues in relation to govt. and non-government organizations, manufacturing enterprises, banks, etc.
- Edited journals of different universities such as Chittagong University, Northern University Bangladesh, People’s University Bangladesh, etc.
- Reviewed nearly 90 (ninety) research articles for publication in Journals of different universities.

- Reports based on some research works, approved by UGC, World Bank and ADB have remained unpublished.

- Authored nearly 40 (forty) articles published in the dailies of Bangladesh.
Books Authored:
- Authored as many as 14 (fourteen) Books for the students of Master’s Programs of different universities. Some of those books are recognized as the best texts among the teachers and students at the tertiary level. A few of the titles are: Fundamentals of Management, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Communication, Conflict Management and Negotiation, etc.
Books Reviewed:
- Reviewed some text books published in Bangladesh and India.
- Acted successfully as supervisor of as many as Fourteen (14) PhD students of some public universities of Bangladesh.
- Have been working as examiner of PhD/M Phil thesis of different Public Universities of Bangladesh and India since1995 and so far the number of such thesis examined are: PhD # 9 (Nine) and M Phil # 26 (twenty six). Also attended as Member/Chairman of viva board arranged for such PhD/M Phil students.
- Received scholarships (during student life) based on all public examinations.

- Successfully completed a familiarization visit to 5 (five) universities of the U.K. and Canada on Distance Education, during April 2-17, 1998.
- More than forty seven (47) years at the university level: Twenty eight (28) years in Public Universities and Nineteen (19) years in Private Universities.
- Public University experience started in May 1973 as Lecturer in Management and ended in July 2000 as Professor of Management of Chittagong University. Within this period served as Professor and Dean of Bangladesh Open University during June 1997 to July 2000.
- Private University experience continued during the period through January 2001 to June, 2018 as Professor and Dean, Faculty of Business, successively in different Private Universities, until I joined International Standard University (ISU) as Vice Chancellor.
- Have been working as examiner of PhD/M Phil thesis of different Public Universities of Bangladesh and India since1995 and so far the number of such thesis examined are: PhD # 9 (Nine) and M Phil # 26 (twenty six). Also attended as Member/Chairman of viva board arranged for such PhD/M Phil students.
